Inspection and Assessment

Before we can apply a fibreglass coating to your roof, we need to make sure the decking and joists are in a suitable condition. Warping and holes in the decking will prevent an accurate installation of the liquid resin and, besides, will likely mean your roof is unsafe. In these situations, we recommend replacing the decking itself.

Thorough Preparation

Once we are satisfied your roof is in good condition, we set about preparing the surface for application. This involves removing any existing coatings, then clearing the decking of any dust, dirt, or other contaminates that might affect how well the resin cures. We also install roof trims to the edges of your roof, to ensure an accurate seal.

Professional Fibreglass Installation

As previously mentioned, fibre glass is applied as a liquid resin, which seeps into all the edges of your roof, held in place by the roof trims. This can be spread to a neat and uniform finish before adding the catalyst. This cures the fibreglass, causing it to harden. The finished result is a smooth, even, and durable surface offering complete protection.
